Khadims Corporate Office

The project is located in one of Kolkata’s prime business locations that house important brands. Khadim’s have traditional Bengali enterprise roots but have become a major brand in the footwear industry. The requirements from the project were an expansive visitor interface, office functions (including workspaces and meeting spaces) and a statement that would elegantly convey a sense of style and presence.

 Paucity of time required that the project uses a systems approach that can be quickly assembled at site. The uniqueness of the space was accentuated through the insertion of curves in the high visible areas. The detailing adopted was robust and suitable for high intensity use. Black was adopted as a highlight colour as it exudes a sense of sophistication - this was carried across all spaces. Most of the furniture were custom-designed to maximise spatial efficiency and functioning.

The premium areas used sophisticated wooden furniture. Appropriate wall hangings, indoor greens and intriguing artefacts completed the look.
